The Private Rented Housing Panel (PRHP) aims to make the dispute resolution between landlords and tenants simple and straightforward. Making an application is free and much quicker and easier than going to court. There are two options for resolving a dispute — by committee or mediation.
CIVIC was charged with producing a website that would allow members to login to access downloadable content, members' details, newsletters and hearings database.
We began with designing PRHP's identity, which then informed the look and feel of the site. We ensured that the end result spoke to their ethnically diverse audience but was also clean and simple in its message. We commissioned the photography for the site to key into the brand.
The new site is a hub for members and the public to find information and log an issue of their own. The site is a concise guide to who PRHP are and what they do.
